ScanMy, operated by Akil Jolly, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions and physical sign purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, refunds, and related customer service.
To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@scanmyhomes.com with your order details and we will help process the refund through Paddle.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. Within the 30-day window, you may request a refund of your most recent subscription charge.
Physical signs
For physical sign hardware, refund eligibility within the 30-day window applies to unused signs in resellable condition. If a sign arrives damaged or defective, contact support@scanmyhomes.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund regardless of the 30-day window, subject to applicable consumer law.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
