• Listing summaries, highlights, and neighborhood overviews.
• Search recommendations and personalized content.
• Chat assistance to answer general questions about listings.
• Image enhancements (lighting and exposure correction only).

AI-generated badge

Where content on the platform is materially AI-generated, we display an "AI-assisted" badge so you can identify it. Human editors and agents may further review or revise this content.

Verify before relying

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information. All property details (price, square footage, taxes, schools, HOA, status) should be independently verified with the listing agent and other authoritative sources before relying on them. ScanMyHomes does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.
